Blue & Obrecht Realty Hires Chris Boland

Blue & Obrecht Realty, LLC / CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Chris Boland has joined the company as Leasing & Sales Associate. In this role, Boland’s’ responsibilities will include tenant representation and project leasing of office, industrial and flex properties.

Prior to joining Blue & Obrecht Realty, Boland was a director of sales and business development for a sports management company, and brings a wealth of experience to the firm.

Boland is an alumnus of The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University.  He is a member of The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland Alumni Board and a volunteer lacrosse coach for Next One Up, an organization that is dedicated to transforming the lives of young men in Baltimore City by supporting and advancing their academic, athletic and social development.
