JanPro, a commercial cleaning company, leased 3,676 square feet at 1708 Whitehead Road; Universal Traders, which provides wholesale distribution of goods to convenience stores and gas stations, leased 5,959 square feet at 1717 Whitehead Road; and EJ Washington Distributors, a distributor of automotive detailing and janitorial supplies, leased 6,538 square feet at 1717 Whitehead Road.
The Meadows Business Park is a portfolio of seven buildings totaling over 300,000 square feet of space. The Park serves the Baltimore region with immediate access to I-695, offering accessibility to major distribution routes that extend across the Mid-Atlantic region.
