Veteran Leasing Agents Join Blue & Obrecht Realty
Blue & Obrecht Realty, LLC / CORFAC International has hired Edward P. (Ned) Brady, III as its president and Eric Skogmo as vice president. Both previously worked at Lee & Associates. Ned Brady succeeds Richie Blue, who is transitioning to a consulting role after 25 years as president of the firm.
Brady is a 30-year industry veteran, and is a recognized expert in tenant representation, global supply chain/logistics, real estate development, and construction. Since 2000, Brady has brokered over 200 lease and sale transactions totaling more than 30M square feet, valued in excess of $1B. Prior to Lee & Associates, Brady was a partner and the head of the development team at Chesapeake Real Estate Group. He has also held senior positions with Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE in Baltimore.
Eric Skogmo specialized in industrial leasing and sales at Lee & Associates, with prior experience as a licensed research analyst.

Brady and Skogmo are both members of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Brady is a Board Member for the Meghan Brady Merkert (MBM) Foundation, and Skogmo is a volunteer with the Maryland Food Bank and a member of the University of Delaware Football Alumni Association.
